Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- Orders are shipped via AusPost (domestic and international)
- Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
- We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
- Perene Apparel is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended
OPTIONS
- AusPost Domestic Express - (1-3 days Business Days)
- Flat rate $15 AUD for all orders
- AusPost Domestic Standard - (5-7 days Business Days)
- Flat rate $10 AUD for all orders under $100
- Free shipping on all orders above $100
- AusPost International Standard- (approx. 15-20 Business Days)
- Flat rate $30 AUD for all international orders
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
- Perene Apparel is not liable for customs clearance fees that are required by your country, we also are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
- All prices online do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.
- To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "Merchandise".
- We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "Gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@perene.com.au
If the return is based off of customer error & is accepted, we will get you to send us back the product with a return shipping label back to the same address and we will also provide instructions on how you can get the right product you are after with yourself (the customer) covering shipping costs.
If the return is based off of OUR error & is accepted, we will get you to send the product with a return shipping label and provide instructions on how you can get the right product you are after with PERENE covering all costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are welcome to return your order for size swaps (if stock is available) and store credit. Refunds are only offered on faulty or defected items.
Please ensure you review your order before making a purchase to limit any errors.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unworn unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags and packing
- Proof of purchase or receipt.

We do not cover the shipping costs of a returned item. Please ensure to track your returned parcel through your selected courier to ensure parcel does not get lost, as we are not liable for lost returns.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom kits, team store items, sale items and/or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
