Returns policy


Our Policy
At Perene we want to keep you feeling fresh and looking good in your new kit, but if you're not satisfied with the products you've purchased - we've got you covered. All products for returns or refunds must be returned within 14 days of purchase receipt. All items must be in as-new condition - we can't accept garments that have been worn or washed. All original tags must still be attached and products should be in original packaging.

Product Faults
We're all about delivering top-quality apparel to you, but we understand manufacturing faults can come up from time to time. If you think you've received a product that has a manufacturing fault please email us.  We know you'll love wearing our kits; however, items damaged due to long term or excessive usage are not considered faulty.

Return Packages
We understand that you can't guarantee the condition your products will arrive in so please take care to package them well to ensure they're protected from damage in transit. Please also include a return postage bag addressed to you with your return.


 Please note:

  • You must contact us prior to returning goods for your return to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for purchases made outside the Perene website.

  • All sale item purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be offered on sale items.

  • All refunds processed will cover the cost of the original items returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
